How to use these meditations?

I enjoy using guided meditations to help get my mind back on track. After all, if you don't master your mind, your mind will master you.

The best time to change your mind is when you're feeling relaxed and since you're in a state of least resistance, your unconscious mind will be more open to accept the positive suggestions.

I personally listen to them a few times a day but it's completely up to you own discretion.

1. Pick one the mediation that is calling out to you.

2. Listen to it at least ONCE a day for the next 21 days.

3. Try to stay semi awake but if you do fall asleep, that's ok!
